Zoe: We're getting him back. Jayne: What are we gonna do, clone him?

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Those both sound potentially awesome.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Ooh, Hil, I'd be happy to pimp Nashville to you, if it comes to that! It's a fun city.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

:: sigh :: tech rehearsals when they only work actor moments. So much not accomplished.

Our wings are not tired

I hate tech rehearsals that go like that.

in all fairness, it is a rehearsal after preview, sooo, I guess I should be happy that we didn't have a lot of notes. That the only issue was actors. But still. Why was I called? Oh right. Hand holding and baby sitting.

Not from food or water

Herding cats for fun

I'm 49, shouldn't the cramps be getting easier?

Not for me, they're not. Lucky me! I have it all! Advanced age, cramping, hot flashes, zits, too many or not enough periods... it is so exciting and delightful to be a woman of a certain age. Apparently this is normal and nothing to worry about, according to actual medical consultation.

Sorry to hear about all the sick old pets. It's not easy even when all you are doing is reading about it on the screen. At least they don't fear the future as we humans are wont to do, so the ones who managed to depart without medical assistance were not especially freaked out as their lives dwindled away.

Perhaps I'm weird, but some of the last memories of my pets are my favorites, because it seemed that we communicated lovingly and deeply while there was still time to be together.

In Katie's-horrible-neighbor-news: I've discovered he was asked to leave the community garden because he was not getting along with others and had a reputation of inappropriate behavior. Not only that, the woman I talked to flatly refused to give me a garden consultation - the chance of running into him is unacceptable.

And today, I got a letter from management stating that I "can not use crates for plant stands." DH and I think, NOW you tell us? Was there some way we were supposed to know that, after 12 years of having a stack of milk crates sitting in the driveway? Amazing how it always turns out we have done another bad thing.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Stunned right now.

Just got home and was dreading checking my email, so I decided to take a shower and put it off.

So I sit down and check my sister's facebook postings for today.

WOW!I just talked to Mom and she is feeling so much better for two reasons. One, medication is working for her severe cold, and two, Ray became alert and even ate, plus, is doing some talking and joking!

Can I get a second helping of that Buffista ~ma? We could have them both running a marathon inside of six weeks.

Crossing my fingers that things continue in this direction.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That's great, DCJ!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Daniel, that is WONDERFUL news.
