So we did a 10K this afternoon and I am so fucking out of shape I am dying. At least there was free beer at the end. It was the only thing that got me across the finish line.

I didn't run the whole 10K. We just got to the 3/4 way mark and I had to turn around. But we don't take it that seriously. I did a lot better last year but I stopped training a few weeks ago.
The beer was good, though.

I know. Next time I will. Tonight, I just really didn't want to escalate things with TCG going out. We went out and did some errands, I'm calmer, and things appear to be quiet upstairs. I will call tonight if she goes psycho and I'm alone here.
