Canola oil! I forgot to buy canola oil. (That's one of the things where I make sure to get non-GMO, so I won't just get a bottle at the corner store.) I've got a doctor's appointment tomorrow, and I think a Whole Foods just opened on the block between the bus stop and his office, so I'll get some there, I guess.

gluten-free frozen waffles are fine as long as you eat them quickly. They tend to firm up as they come to room temp. Better than the pancakes, as those get chewy (ick).
