I hurt and nothing is helping and I don't like it.
Also, I need to go grocery shopping, and I'm not sure I can manage it. I hate ordering grocery delivery -- the produce is always gross, and they always manage to run out of exactly one ingredient in each thing I was planning to make.
I had a friend on TT use it on her daughter's CP.
Seems worth a shot, but not being a growing child, people were less enthusiastic about working on me
Hil, do you use Peapod. Or - Fresh Direct
t memfault.
That was the one I used in DC and I was always pleasantly surprised at the quality of the produce.
I sometimes use Peapod and sometimes Safeway. Peapod is more reliable about getting me what I ordered and delivering it on time, but Safeway has a better selection. Fresh Direct is only in NYC.
Hmm. It was something not Peapod but not a regular grocery that I used. I'm sorry it's such a pain in the ass for you.
It looks like Peapod has more stuff now than last time I checked. I think I'll order tomorrow, though -- I'm kind of tired and spacey right now, and I'd probably end up ordering ridiculous stuff.
Brenda, was it Door to Door Organics? I just googled and found that, but it works more like a CSA, with a box delivered each week. That actually could be useful, now that I think about it -- I quit my CSA because it was too much of a pain to pick up the vegetables each week.
Or Washington's Green Grocer?
Whimpering in pain is a bad thing.
Pain is bad, whimpering (and/or cussing) is not.
I finished all my have-to grading tonight, and actually moved a bit ahead on my "tomorrow grade" list. Yay. I have some library books, and cookies. Go, me.
Sigh. So I have a top and bottom lock on my door. And the top is a deadbolt, which I used to use only, so that I couldn't lock myself out. But it started getting hincky, so that it was hard to lock and unlock, and I started using the bottom lock instead (which is a regular lock).
And lo and behold, tonight as I headed two doors down the hall to do laundry...I automatically locked the door behind me. DOH! So I had to knock on several neighbors' doors before finding one that was home, and he called a locksmith for me, and I waited for about 40 minutes and the guy showed up and managed to open the door (luckily without drilling the lock). But it cost $150!!! OUCH.
Note to self: Get OUT of the habit of autolocking the door behind you!!
