She's not just a blob of energy, she's also a 14-year-old hormone bomb.

Spike ,'The Killer In Me'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I'm kind of awake. I should probably get more awake, since I've got work I need to do today.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I knew I was forgetting something. Peaceful thoughts headed Fay's way.

Thrive to spite them

I want to make clear I don't hate Republicans, both my parents are (although Mom is more of a liberal republican) and SLNRLBF is also a life long Republican and he's been involved in state and local politics. He's also a more fiscally conservative socially progressive Republican.

Um, I am not at work. I had a bad day yesterday and I bit of a panic attack this morning, I need a day to regroup and figure out how to deal with a mess I've gotten myself in at work.

A lot of messes. It's like a perfect storm of me being sick for 3 months, being given responbilities I'm not qualified for and don't have training for, me not realizing stuff had to be done, and then procrastinating because I was panicking. And I realized yesterday it's putting me into thought patterns I haven't had in a long time.

I decided i needed a day to figure out a plan for tomorrow and have a break from it. So I'm breaking from it and then I'm going to work on what I'm going to say to my boss tomorrow.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I'm glad you haven't had too much pain, sj.

askye, it sounds like you have made a good plan for yourself. I hope it helps you get a handle on your work situation.

Our wings are not tired.

What Andi said.

Sitting at the nail salon. My SIL is pampering me in a little while. Yay!

Thanks, WS! Honestly the cold is bothering me more than the teeth. Still, Mom is headed for Florida for a month, so I am glad I stayed here for a couple of days. I'm going to miss her.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

My cardiac stress test went well, and the doctor who looked at the results said everything looks normal. So no baboon heart for me, boo hoo.

On the plus side, I'm healthier than Dick Cheney, so I got that going for me.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

askye, good luck implementing your plan! I'm having similar struggles at work, though without quite as much justification.

Steph, glad your heart is good!

In first world problems, the microwave did not heat my lunch evenly but I'm too lazy to go reheat.

“Not dead yet!”

That goes without saying. On so many levels.

Rock on, Tep.
