And boys -- let's watch the swearing.

“Not dead yet!”

My giftee from Barb and Jilli got here today!!

Oh my, do I LOVE the pictures of Empress and her urn. And now I'm wishing I HAD packed it with chocolate. (What? The Valentine's candies were still on sale!)

I don't know what made me pick it up, since I'm not much a fan of yellow and when I saw it on the shelf, the design was facing away from me, but I'm so glad I did, because when I turned it around and saw the image, I made all sorts of squeeful noises and found Jilli and showed it to her and asked, "Should we?" to which she responded with a resounding, "Oh, we MUST!"

So we did.

And I'm sooooo glad!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

It's possible that my ovaries are aching a little extra this week after spending last week with the cutie kids at vw's school.

“Not dead yet!”

I just showed Abby the pictures, since she was with us when we bought it, and she just said, "OMG, Empress is SOOOOO CUTE! She's holding on to the canister as if she's saying 'It's mine! Because I am The Empress!'"

The canister is awesome, Empress! Of course if it was me, I would have to fill it with tea.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I have had hallucinations, well one hallucination due to sleep deprivation. I brought the sleep deprivation on myself but it was scary and freaky and I releazed it wasn't real and that I was probably doing damage to myself and I needed to sleep so I did. But I had a choice. Someone who is being forced to stay awake as a method of torture would not be able to make it stop.

I once slept only 2-4 hours a night for a month. It was real real real not good. Even with dear friends doing their best to encourage and comfort me and get me to the doctor it was terrifying. I hallucinated. (At the time I argued they WEREN'T hallucinations because I knew they weren't real, but Abi went and did "research" and proved me wrong. Wench.)

I feel comfortable in saying that doing this to someone intentionally (not to mention terrifying them continually in the process) is most certainly torture.

Now tagless for your comfort.

That canister is totally made of awesomeness. As is Joe.

Aims, we need to get Liv and Em together. I get, "FINE! I'm going to get a new family...Oh, alright, you can still be my family."
