I'm trying to decide whether to stay in SF for a few days before or after the conference there in January. On the plus side, it'll give me some time to explore SF and see friends there without having to fit it in between and around interviews and talks. And I think I might be able to get a cheaper flight if I leave SF on Monday or Tuesday rather than Saturday. On the minus side, it'll be more hotel nights and restaurant meals to pay for. But I do have enough to cover it, as long as I don't spend anything ridiculous, and I know that I could really use a few days off, and I'm getting a bit stir-crazy from being in DC for so long.
Zoe: Preacher, don't the Bible have some pretty specific things to say about killing? Book: Quite specific. It is, however, somewhat fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.
