The analytical portion of my brain says static cling on the plastic bag attracts airborne cat hairs, and as the bag is removed static and/or air currents caused by the removal deposit the stray hairs onto the garment.
But where's the fun in that?

Facebook never had me; the only reason I'm there is because my worlds collide there and there are people I never see anywhere else. But then I never check my account unless I get an email notification, so I miss them anyway. The human brain is labyrinthine and makes little sense, sometimes. Mine, anyway.
Zen, the only feature that would make that thing better is an electric charge to shock the seat occupant who dared recline into your lap.
