'Shells'

Spike's Bitches 45: That sure as hell wasn't in the brochure.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I'm up and sorta here.

My boss is out, and she's usually the first one here at 7 or so. The rest of the team doesn't make it in until 8:30 or so. I thought I'd go ahead and come in in case people are expecting an answer on anything before 8 or so.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I'm here, but until now have had nothing to say. I still have very little to say, so I have brought along this NSFW edition of Wake Up With Fry and Laurie: [link] "Don't Be Dirty".

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Ow. My ankle hurts. Don't wanna do work today. But I've got to write at least two pages, send out one more application, and file my expenses from my SF trip. I think I'll stop at the deli and get a bagel on the way in.

Also, in WTF is up with my brain news: At least twice in the past week, I've had a dream that there was a Norwegian convenience store around the corner from me. Like, they sold all the usual convenience store stuff, snacks and single-serving drinks and stuff like that, but the Norwegian versions. I remember crackers and chocolate soy milk. I do not know why my subconscious has decided that this would be a good idea.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Compassionately intolerant

Thanks for the good thoughts, dear ones.

I went to be early and slept for 10 straight hours...I can't remember the last time that happened. It's a beautiful day. And the one thing Gordon would do if he was here, would be to walk in nature. So...that's my plan. (could do with an extra couple of degrees though)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Thanks, Tom. We've worked with ReBuilding Together, one of the nonprofits mentioned. They also have a reused building material warehouse which is a great resource for historical building features, I think it's called The Green Project.
