Very convincing. Makes me completely want to put myself under government control. Please take me to where you can make me unconscious and naked.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

this board really does condense all post-period spaces to a single space.

Not this board--HTML. All the young kids are doing it these days. Unless you force it with non-breaking spaces, the default is to compress any multiple spaces into one.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Testing testing. Double space testing.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Double spaces will look weird.  It makes the sentences further apart!  Like they don't like each other or something.  One space for words; one space for sentences.  Equality!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

One space for words; one space for sentences. Equality!

Words and sentences are not equal.

Or, if you prefer, I'll trade you this shiny dime for a dollar.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

There's no point in lurking on alt.gothic!

YES THERE WAS!

Okay, I only lurked on alt.gothic.fashion, where maybe it was more pointy?

I agree!

A capital offer, sir, but I must decline.

Did I mention the dime was shiny? Whereas the dollar refuses to reflect the light.

Truly, these attributes are desirable, but I am a strange man who measures the worth of money by its monetary value rather than its reflective qualities.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Ahaahaha. No, alt.gothic.fashion was not more pointy than alt.gothic. a.g ate its young as a post-gothclub snack. The flame wars on a.g. were EPIC. a.g.f was like fluffy bunny snuggle time compared to a.g.

See, by POINTY, I mean "Maybe there was more point to looking, if I was just researching brands and stuff, and Makeup Alley didn't exist yet." (More point to lurking. A.G. was just kind of painful to read. A.G.F. turned me on to various new hairdyes and brands of shoes.)
