"We have trust issues." Mylar

Before this thread goes all Brigadoon on us (although we'll only have to wait one year, not 100, for it to appear again) let me just say how much I love you all. Yep,all. Lurkers, regular posters, old heads and newbies alike. Buffistas has seen me through good times and bad times. I still remember posting in Natter that my grandfather had passed and that I hadn't been able to get dressed for days and days and I had that yucky, moldy feeling on my teeth from not brushing them for waaay too long. And I got more virtual hugs, hairpats and good vibes than any unwashed, funky person could conceivably hope for. I love waking up to "Timelies" because it's night, morning, and every time in between with Buffistae in far flung corners of the globe. ita is a wonder for proposing this thread. It warmed the cockles of my . . . heart. Yes, let's go with heart.

The status is NOT quo.

Kat! Before this thread closes, we really need to reconnect. Let's do dinner some night, okay, local girl?

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

This has been the best thread ever! lcat, I'm awed by your longevity and dedication, and yay last-minute delurkage!

And {{{Maria}}} It's so very good to see your font!

Yes. This. Hit me up at my profile address. I have been the world's worst LA-ista, but I plan to remedy that.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Thanks Andi! It's kicking my ass right now, but it's nice to have the validation.

Sorella! I hope you're feeling better.

{{{JZ}}} Those'll have to do, since I'm on the wrong coast at the moment.

And kat puts it perfectly. 'Nuff said.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

This truly has been an awesome thread. Massive kudos to ita for thinking of it.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Just have to say goodbye to this thread, it has been a Blast .

and seconding the notion that you can delurk anytime -- and it is fine if all you want to say say is "Hi I agree!" ( If you disagree you have to say more )

I may have missed the deadline in my own timezone, but board time equalling Pacific time has worked in my favour this evening. As my use of the letter "u" in "favour" attests, I'm a long-time lurker of the Canadian variety - I started my illustrious lurking (although I prefer to call it skulking) career on WX around the time of Once More With Feeling, and followed you lovely chatty people over here. I'm usually too far behind in threads to warrant posting but I do try follow along in Natter, Bitches, and Movies when I get the chance.

I'm pro-serial comma, anti-olive, have zero cats and one delightful husband, put two spaces after a period, and think that Han shot first. I have no doubt that I'll return to lurkage after this post but thought I'd take this opportunity to see my pixels on the screen for once!
