Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Damn, that's stupid.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

On the plane out, the captain announced "there will be short delay for maintenance". Being the smartass I am, I commented to my seatmate, "don't worry they just have to replace the duct tape". Not 30 seconds later, up comes the maintenance crew member in his orange vest with the biggest roll of duct tape I've ever seen in my life, at least a foot and a half wide. Must have been airline grade duct tape.

Am I the only person who read this and thought, "Man! I want some of that duct tape!"?

I'm hearkening back weeks to all the Rahm Emmanuel love we were as a group espousing.

You've forced - FORCED - me to re-watch "The West Wing". I may have to kill - wait, the President's being snarky again, BRB.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Wallybee and I have watched it through a couple of times, and we've just started off again. Last night: the episode where the President takes his back medicine (both the Vicodin and the Percocet). Becomes believable that Charlie Sheen's his son.

Touching Toby gives him hives.

Our wings are not tired.

Thanks for all the fashion links. I gotta say I like the fabulous ones more than the what was she thinking variety. Obama dress? I love the president, but really, no.

I've watched very little of TWW. Enjoyed what I did see. Must add that to my to be viewed list.

ION, the sun is rising later each day in this part of the world and I don't like getting up in the dark. Not enough coffee.

Tino is at it again! I ordered something online and requested it to be sent via Canada Post, since I knew I wouldn't be at home. That way, I could just pick it up at the post office. But no, they sent it UPS. UPS won't let me change the delivery address until it's attempted once, and by that time, I will be out of town.

Ugh, does UPS have a pick up option?

eta: we can pick up at the main facility after hours
