Well, my days of not taking you seriously are certainly coming to a middle.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Yay, I got one! Everyone else I thought of suggesting was already on the site.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

And he's a glasses wearer, so it's an easy two-fer.

Most everyone ends up with pics that can go in another category too, but it's always nice when there are either kilted pics or pics with prescription glasses, since I get so few of those.

Tim Gunn in a skirt would be great, but I can't quite see it. Ever.

I don't know ita. I would have said that about flip flops before this season of Project Runway.

He wore flip flops? But we didn't need that. Not like we need skirts. Flip flops are at best a convenience. They're not hot. And I say that as a child of the tropics.

And they're not interesting. Which is why is another reason I wish people wouldn't send me flip flop pictures. The real reason is that people in flip flops aren't actually barefoot.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I tried Bones once and was all, "BUH?" I'm really low on TV watching opportunities.

I started watching it in the spring for the first time. It's funnier than any procedural needs to be.

OTOH I'm taping seven shows tonight and none of them are Bones, so I'm ok with tv-watching opportunities...but, you know, I have a lot more free time than you.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Trufax! Flip flops are the only shoes, sometimes, for tropics. My mom is just happy that they became a fad so she can wear her slippers out of the house like she did in Hawaii.

We are both traumatized because our favorite brand of slippers in Honolulu went out of business. Tragic. AND I spilled guava juice all over my last pair today. At first I was really upset, and then I decided that death by guava juice might be deeply, deeply appropriate.

Had a fabulous rehearsal tonight. And I'm getting a lead line, whohoo! Okay, only in one verse, but still. And it's mostly in my range. I just need to work timing between now and Saturday night.

Is it funny for the right reasons? Is Brennan supposed to be found absurd? Because I can't like her or get behind her. I can only mock her. Now, if the show were "Bug & Slime Guy (Romances Art Girl)" I'd be there every week. As is, it's getting ditched pretty soon.

There are plenty of sorts of sandals, some that go on and off very quickly, that are not flip flops. Some of them don't even make the nasty smacking noise.

For now, I hold the position that "funny is funny." She's inconsistent but I find her Aspergers funny.

I wonder what Hart Hanson's position is. Probably "ratings are ratings."

She's inconsistent but I find her Aspergers funny.

Can people with Asperger's write the books she...okay, fine, let me let it go. If I had a job I wouldn't even have an opinion. So I'll shut up.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Is Hart Hanson still with the show? Or was he just gone for a while to develop something else?

A temporary absence would help explain some of the inconsistencies in Brennan. It seems like she is returning to the more logical/less socially ept character that she started out as.
