I took a box of alcohol prep pads with me to Thailand, it helps a little with swimmers ear. (that's what the medicine is, it just dries your ear out.)

Funny realization: I've always said I'm not competitive. That's not really true. I am. I just hate having competition.

Getting annoyed when 10-12 year olds pass me in the pool during lessons or when the cyclist lap me at the lake makes sense now.
