Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

"irregardless"

Oh do not EVEN...

Our wings are not tired.

It's depressing, Trudy, that it's now listed as an acceptable word in a number of dictionaries.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I made my peace with inflammable, though. Public safety, and all that.

I do admit to saying irregardless, but only in jest, and only when I can make it obvious that I know it's not a word. Then again, I have been called (on the internet) for using dismember to mean "remember incorrectly" so I should never assume any joke is obvious.

Like "supposably" (a personal favorite fake word of mine).

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Why are you eating at 10pm, bon? Is philosophy a late night gig for Mr. Bon Bob?

Well, I often end up serving late because of poor cooking timing, and it's true that Bob works pretty late at night, but this time it was a late workout. No kids = pretty undisciplined scheduling.

I don't even know where supposably goes.

I am struck by a yearning for good, short (because so goes my attention span) Leverage/Monk fanfic. And any 90210 fanfic in which just about everyone dies horribly

My brain likes to live like that, but I have these meds that I'm supposed to take 2-3 hours after eating and I still haven't made it second habit. And waking up hungry is very irritating, since I can't eat for an hour after taking them.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

ita, it's plain Leverage, but this is a good one if you like Hardison/Eliot slash. [link]

Thanks, V. That story reminds me (among other pleasurable things) that I need Eliot and Wolverine icons.

I really want a Buffista face to face right now. Any of you ever get that feeling? And it needs to be addressed immediately?
