We have to see the chimp playing hockey! That's hilarious! The ice is so slippery, and, and monkeys are all irrational. We have to see this!

“Not dead yet!”

That's sad. Not surprising, and probably better for him - but still.

I know. But he's just always struck me as one of those good guys-- kind of makes one hope for some sort of miracle cure to happen.

The article I read said he battled cancer for 20 months. Fighting pancreatic cancer that long is TOUGH. RIP.

Mr. flea's uncle died of pancreatic cancer and it is a pisser. I think the average survival from diagnosis like 5 months.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So sad. My friend's father died from pancreatic cancer pretty quickly, too -- actually I think he was diagnosed when Swayze was "getting better." He died about a year ago.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

How is it discovered? I assume it's not very preventable.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm so sorry to hear about Patrick Swayze. There need to be some memorial Dirty Dancing viewings.

ita, I blame you for how the U.S. Open turned out.

I think that's part of the problem -- it's not diagnosed (not sure how they do it) until it's generally too late.
