I feel that this is way more important than the one-night-to-rule-them-all that focuses so much attention, so obviously it gets more of my focus, emotionally, even if not yet technically. Does that make any sort of sense?
I felt that less about my weddings than I did about childbirth (which is also focused on That Moment, but is really all about The Life After.)

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it's a big moment for the person actually giving birth.
Take some time to enjoy having all your loved ones celebrating with you.
Absolutely this. The best part of my weddings was being surrounded by so many people that I loved for a joyful reason. I'm so excited for you and your lucky khusband to be. I can't wait to hear all about it and see the pictures.
I really wish I could be there, Nilly.
It's more expectant, hopeful, wishful - I feel that this is way more important than the one-night-to-rule-them-all that focuses so much attention, so obviously it gets more of my focus, emotionally, even if not yet technically. Does that make any sort of sense?
Absolutely. And the way it should be, really. People get caught up in the Event, I think.
NILLY!!!!!! HAVE A GREAT WEDDING AND LIFE AFTER!!!!!!!!!!
I wasn't able to see the pictures of your dress, but I could tell from the comments that it is lovely, as are you. Wish we could all be there to celebrate with you!
Happy Birthday to everyone who is having one!
IOmeN, I have the plague and am depressed.
Yuck, quester. Feel better.
The song I have for my ring tone is being used for Jay Leno commercials. It's very confusing.
Oh Nilly, I am so happy for you and Hagai, getting to start the rest of your life together!!! I hope that the wedding itself will be a wonderful celebration for you, because your life together deserves a joyous celebration.
And I hope that your life together is infinitely better than even the very best parts of the wedding itself.
Oh, and thanks! That's a really good advice.
It's advice a couple people gave to me before I got married, and I thought they were nuts. And then my reception was a blur, and someone handed me a plate at some point, but mostly I ate stuff out of the box they gave us when we left the reception.
Edit: And it's the kind of thing that goes without saying, except it's always worth saying. Congratulations, Nilly, and best wishes. May everything be awesome for you.
