Electromagnetic candy! - Stark

I'm just thankful that only the guys who can pull off a 300 outfit at cons seem inclined to try.

BWAH? Me to go next year, yes?

Matt, we're so road-tripping Comicon next year. NO ARGUING.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

You guys! I have never been so glad to be not quite home in my life! The SO called me while I was still slounging around the airport in Indianapolis, wanting me to look up intellicast because he was driving into a big ol' lightning storm and wanted to know how big it was.

Pretty freaking big turned out to be the answer, which I know because many hours later, I flew through it. That was the most turbulence I've ever experienced, including on little planes, and this was a reasonably sized Airbus.

But! It was a perfect landing nonetheless, so I am grateful and happy, if a little queasy, and super glad to be in Albuquerque. Home & back to work tomorrow, so I'd better crash out now, but whew! I've got that whole "Isn't it great to be alive!" thing going on.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am also very glad you are still alive, Liese!

Hee! It probably wasn't actually that bad. It's probably me reacting to fatigue and adrenaline and more fatigue and the anticipated stress of coming home to who knows what in our house.

But right now I'm all, "Whoo!"

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

One of these days I'm going to do Comic Con. I'm going to coast on the laurels of people like Colin an Allyson and Jilli and John Rogers and pretend I have any right at all to be there. I've mastered the "I just got a development deal" smile. I can do it.

ita, there were a bunch of times I wished you were with us. I wished that a lot of the buffistas were there with us, really. It would have been fun.

O, and I have to figure out a way for my father not to visit me while I'm shiftless and unemployed. I don't wasnt to be seen now, But he says he's my dad and he can see me anytime. Yeah, anytime I WANT. MNowMNot MNwAnt.

Solitude, dad. Nothing personal. Just me and me doing absolutely dothing. I don't even want to compaaaareeee methods of nothing.

My routine does not bear examination by a third party, no matter how much he swears he loves me.

Plus, I'd have to SHOWER and that could ruin everything.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Happy Birthday, Kat!

So can anyone tell me why my Tivo thinks there hasn't been any new Torchwood, like, ever? I tried searching for "Children of Earth," too, and no love. I have BBCA--wasn't it supposed to air this past week?
