Our friends are waiting to vaccinate because they found out that their children are both allergic to metal.
This, for example, is a legitimate medical excuse. And people who choose not to vaccinate for nonmedical reasons are putting THESE children at risk by lowering herd immunity for everyone.

Oh, thank God. I went for a dental exam for what I thought was a broken tooth today, and apparently what was broken was a big piece of tartar on a back molar whose edge looked like a crack in the enamel. No crown, no root canal, no $1500 bill.
I am still wincing and sore from the mother of all tooth cleanings, but have to admit I brought that pain on myself by staying away so long.
I'm right there with you, Jessica. And, if I'm being perfectly honest, I have to admit I VERY BRIEFLY thought to myself, "Fuck it. Kids are already autistic. Load 'em up and fix it after we know they won't get measels."

They have genetic and medical proof that their kids can't process metals out of their system.
Wait, so does that mean they're simply allergic to the needles? Because at least some of the infant vaccines are oral, aren't they?
Or are there metals in the vaccines I'm not aware of?
Thimerisol used to be in some vaccines and is a derivative of mercury. It has not been used in vaccines for some time. With my friend's children, they cannot process any metal out of their system so it builds up and has been the chief cause of their autism. Since lowering their exposure to metals, they have seen both of their kids improve ten-fold.
I may be explaining this wrong because it is quite over my head.
