I'm pretty sure you can turn up stories of meth labs in Maine with hardly any Googling at all.

Local news has them all the time for the top half (or top two-thirds, really) of the state.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

More people are killed on Law & Order, CI, and SVU each season than are murdered for real in NYC.

That's hilarious.

Looking at statistics, I think it might be Manhattan murders, rather than all of NYC.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

“Not dead yet!”

I was snacking on baby carrots and inexplicably began hiccuping.

I never hiccup. This is odd and disconcerting.

Memphis tends to hit the triple digits every year, so it could probably accomodate the full seasons of each unless they have a lot of serial killer episodes.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Fruit salad? English muffin with cheese on top? Turkey wrap?

Ah, here we go. in 2008 there were 62 murders in Manhattan, while there 66 episodes in the Law & Order franchise, each with at least one murder.
