"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Humm.

Not that I think it's even possible, and if it wasn't very rude thing to do at a friend's wedding, I'd do a watch-and-post here.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Oh, that's the exact ceremony we're going to have! Down to the bouncing penguins.

I suspected as much.

And a cheerful assemblage of frogs and piggies, frolicking merrily with no fear of being eaten.

Shir, sweetie, you're more than welcome to anything that'll make you happy. That's the one principle guiding me when it comes to my guests.

Is Big Bird kosher?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

if it wasn't very rude thing to do at a friend's wedding, I'd do a watch-and-post here.

Dude, has your week on Twitter taught you nothing?

As some of you may remember, my best friend is currently in the USA, and since she just gave birth last month, there's no way she could fly over and attend the wedding.

I asked the people who run the place where it'll be held if there's wifi in the relevant room, because I wanted to bring a laptop with Skype and an internet camera, and enable her to take real part in the ceremony. But, alas, no such technology available there.

You tell me!

I suspect he'd be too cute for anyone to eat.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Oh Nilly! You look wonderful. You are so beautiful.

ION, 'cos I'm skimming and catching up: a spider named after David Bowie. I DO NOT APPROVE.

Nilly, wonderful to see that.

I'm doing work. Something is wrong with that.

But then I'm going back to my book. Got my long walk in. Amazing how I can end up totally dripping in sweat when it is overcast and mid-70s.

Loki is asleep on his back on the floor in front of me, tail curled over his belly. Adorkable.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Ok, so I'm watching Season 1 of Grey's. This used to be a really good show.
