Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

With all that people-nibbling-on-baby-toes, this baby gets revenge: Mmmm…Ear…My Favorite

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Aw, Nilly! You're the best. I can't believe you're getting married next week!

Because books.

That's a lovely tradition, Nilly!

Nilly, what a beautiful gesture.

I am celebrating my sixth anniversary with my cat this weekend, I realize. I am celebrating by letting him continue to live off me.

It was Labour Day Weekend 7 years ago that I got Clio. Or was it 8? Why can't I remember how old that cat is? I was sure I got her in 2003, but the vet told me this winter when I took her in for a check-up that she was 7.

I just bought a netbook!

It's day three of five of visit home. I am getting antsy to go home.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

I think the prayer-request should be "getting Nilly more spare time to post at b.org".

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I agree with Shir. Sounds like a lovely use of a lovely tradition to me.

Hey, *I* can't believe it! And I'm right here, between all the people who go all stressed out about should-we-add-flowers or what's-best-for-an-addition-to-a-first-course (the answer to both, by the way, is "I couldn't care less, as long as people are happy and the stress is minimal").

That's a lovely tradition

Thank you. All of you.

Shir and Perkins, that's so sweet!
