sarameg's physical fitness shames me. I went to the gym yesterday for the first time in 2 weeks (week 1 I was in Vermont, week 2 I was sick). I walked around the track (briskly) for 30 minutes, and did 1 set of squats.
My legs hurt so much today that I feel like I got run over by a (full) dump truck. Two weeks and my meagre level of fitness went back to zilch. Sad, it is.
I've started attempting morning push-ups again, and I was pathetic the first day, but I've been improving each day, so that's promising. We'll see how long I can keep it up.
I just bought red velvet curtains.
I am a person who owns red velvet curtains.
Weird.
I'm not even sure how I double-posted....
Very weird, apparently!
Well, there are two of them.
That's what people who own red velvet curtains do.
ION, I still don't have home internet access (or cable) after a Comcast visit. So they're gonna have to do two more visits. One visit will be a special visit, where they go on the roof of my four-story apartment.
And one more week before I have cooking gas.
Okay, let me harken back to yesterday: I agree with ita - I enjoy watching Oudin play tennis but I really don't need to hear her talk about it.
Actually, there are very few athletes I need to hear talk about what they do. Is that mean?
I just called out for dinner. I ordered pasta and an appetizer from a local place. I worry that I won't get what I ordered because the kid on the phone took my order, asked me if I wanted anything else - I added bruschetta to the order and then he tells me that it isn't pasta. . and I remind him that I already ORDERED pasta.
What do you think my chances are of getting what I ordered?
