It's been good to be me the last few months. A little upsidedown making, but good. I hope it continues.
I really root for the people who change their lives. It's easy to ride the same groove. It's hard to break out. But you definitely seem more hopeful, engaged, happy.

I have committed bad parenting. At the dojo tonight, the sensei asked me to help one part of the demo team, including my son, work through a drill I had mastered on Wednesday. I'm not on the demo team. I didn't even have my gi on, but she needed help, so I jumped in. Boy was NOT. HAPPY.
