Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

If you have to use the phrase "I'm pretty sure", you should probably double the estimated amount of booze.

Of course, there are always Drew's "count the limes" and Hil's "I'll do math in the morning" methods.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Heh. There were two on the check, and we got comped a round, so it's got to be four tops. And that was over hours and hours!

That's funny, Campus Queen was, I think, a game. I have one of the lunchboxes, they were for a time highly sought in the ebay market, I should look into that and see ig I can sell mine now.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

If only more kids had the Exciting World of Metrics lunchbox, maybe we'd have the metric system now....

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I never knew the metric system could be so exciting!

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Last night, I made croquettes for dinner: [link]

The evil! I just joined and posted a recipe there today, out of pure slacking-from-paper-writing and whim. I also did that BEOFRE I didn't bother to find how one can delete herself in the future.

Didn't look hard enough, but I sure love my exit right.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

I don't see any problem with most of the lunch boxes. However, I'm sure not giving up on mine (thanks again, Sox! I just looked at the picture again)!

And, x-posting with Bitches:

I can't remember - if I give a reference as a footnote, but haven't read it and don't use it or analyse it in my paper ("for further research on x, see y, z and q") - does it still have to be mentioned in the bibliography? (Chicago style)
