But we saw them using that levitation technology in the Sylvester McCoy Dalek ep, the one with Ace bopping Daleks on top of their domes with her amped-up baseball bat.

I'm amused by the yellow fear ring. So if you're afraid of your enemy, you have the power to defeat it. Except then you wouldn't be afraid, so you would not have the power, so then you'd be afraid....
I find myself vaguely miffed that there are no Cyan or Magenta Lanterns. Because obviously there needs to be a CMYK vs. RGB showdown.
