I'm on Charter, not Comcast, but my experience was that the Sales people had a lot more power.

Nope. Except tape it if it makes it feel better. I seriously separated my pinky toe from the rest of my foot over 2 years ago (accidentally kicked a 2 inch wide table leg. 4 toes went forward, one went sideways. Over 90°.) Took months to not ache. Pretty sure I broke it and healed funny because it rolls to the side a lot more than it used to. Probably should have taped it.

Yeah, I've broken my little toe twice. It sucks, but there's nothing to do but the things above. You'll know it's broken if it really swells and turns colors.
