There are patient advocates on staff who do this for a living. Make sure someone has contact info for Mac's regular doctors and therapist so they can get any necessary records, then let them deal with it. You've got much more than enough to cope with already.

Plei, how is the peachfest going? Tangentially, my friend got married this weekend. For favors she made jam (peach and blackberry and strawberry) for all of the guests.
