Um, not that I stole toys from the kid or anything.

Uh. Huh. Sure.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

In my teens I became a take the stickers off and don't put them back on person. Solid black cube: solved! But then the next year I became a dye my hair purple person, so.

Kat, you do have a competitive nature. It just is.

Thought about you a lot on the trip, b/c it was seeped in buddhism. Which I still can't wrap my head around, but interesting. Though disconcerting to be told the little old nuns at a nunnery asked about me. Still not sure what THAT was about.

I am super competitive. The truth is, in that class today, I was very far from being the best yogi (I'd say I haven't been the best yogi in any class since before I was pregnant), but I was better than Colin's ex and that mattered for some ego trip.

Stoooopid. I know.

Nah, just who you is.

I am not competitive, at all. Want to be right sometimes, sure, but eventually I end up WHATEVER. Driven home a lot recently, and funny that I end up drawn to people who are. It's a language I don't speak but keep falling into.

I know there are a lot of spider phobes (look away Jilli) but we have a giant spider that has spun a web on our porch above the bushes just opposite the front door. I love that spider. I look for it every morning and it's there. But in the afternoon it's gone. Then it's back in the evening.

Since the spider has been there, we have not had as many mosquitoes at the front door. So the spider is totally welcome.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I practiced yoga today with ita's Colin's ex-girlfriend today

Which one? The girlfriend he dated for a really long time?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Uh. Huh. Sure.

He *gave* me the Tigger that has grabbyhands. I mean, at the age where kids "give" you a lot of things, but did gave willingly. He reminds me of this every time he visits because I still have that Tigger. Clearly I was the better owner choice...

The Rubic's Cube I only borrowed for a few days at Christmas and then I made sure it was returned.

In my head, that makes sense.

The 24 one, ita. I also think of her as the one who got the house.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Kat, does she the spider look like this?
