Thanks for the offer, but it will be wee hours thing--basically if this days old headache wakes me in the middle of the night I'm going back in. So completely inconvenient for everyone, but gets me seen the quickest if I go in after 2 or 3. Any time before 6, otherwise I bump into the nurse's shift change and the doctors rounding.

And I need to take in my dosage recommendations because one of the ER muckety mucks sent out a memo dropping my dosage by a third, and my migraine guy wants it back up. He also wants me in for ketamine, but unless he can guarantee I'll get it, I'm not having myself admitted. It's expensive, and incredibly boring.
