Tino's in charge of UPS now, isn't he?

My experience lately with UPS leads me to believe this is true.

What is even happening?

In other news, so the funny thing about two-years-old: when you tell a two-year-old not to eat the sand, what's the first thing they are apt to do? Yep.

Toddlers are suicidal. Not in an intentional woe sort of way, but in an extreme sports sort of way. They do grow out of it. Some and mostly.

In other news, if my Kinsey ever shifts, I am so calling Rachel Maddow.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

I think Tino turned off me and my neighbors water for ten minutes. Had to wash my hands from their barely dribbling spigot, laid down with visions of bathing with baby wipes, when I hear the toilet filling up again. The hell?

edited for "off", not "of"

What is even happening?

Is it just me, or is ryan billytea unfairly handsome?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Those kids of yours are beautiful, Kat. We are supposed to go out of town next week, but I'm back the week after that. Let's do something then.

Thanks for the link btw. It says the same thing I heard, which is that the bill will be "abortion neutral" but to me it doesn't seem neutral at all to scrupulously protect all federal money from paying for abortions.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

My COBRA payments should be in the $550 range but there was something the Obama Administration did that means I only have to pay a third for a few months. I'm hoping to have a job before this little gift ends in October.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

My COBRA was considerably less than any insurance I could get on my own. It depends entirely on your plan.

I complain about the cost of my current insurance, but I've certainly gotten my money's worth.

Yes, I could not get my own insurance for any reasonable price because I have a chronic condition.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Is it just me, or is ryan billytea unfairly handsome?

No, I think that's a reasonable reaction. Gaze upon my genetic legacy, ye mighty, and despair!

Random thoughts from the recent discussions: my younger brother got right into all that PUA stuff. (This is the one who's just got engaged.) He once told me I would be good at it, which I doubt, and as I pointed out to him, he and I were looking for different things from dating. I did look into some of the stuff. There was some good advice on self-esteem, the rest reminded me of The Rules.

America's health insurance system is the one thing that reliably pissed me off about living in America. Is it really not apparent that the current system is the one with lack of choice and bureaucrats making medical decisions?
