I just found out that the brother kitten of the kittens I brought to my mom's house for her Saturday tested Feline Leukemia Positive. Weirdly the mom did not test positive, but she is going in for retesting tomorrow. I do not want to tell my mom this. I also don't want my mom to have sick kitties, as they are currently puling her out of a deep, deep depression where all she thinks about is her property line (don't ask). I am just sick with worry.

Get another test. I say this just cause if only one is positive in a litter that is weird. There have got to be good resources out there.
I'm having a drink.
DO NOT WANT
My mother's haven't been tested and she is gong Friday. I think I may wait and see-- they are retesting the mom and the brother, and all the other kittens tomorrow, so I am trying to take a wait and see attitude before I tell her. No reason to get her upset if it is just a false positive.
Good luck!
I'm googling storm doors. If it is just the door, putting a not shitass screen door that's all glass/sealed will solve this.
Now know what moved to the top of the honey-do list. Sadly, I am the only honey in house.
So, remember a while ago here we were talking about the restaurant in SF where all the dishes have names like "I am empowered," and you have to order by saying "I am empowered" and then the waiter responds "You are empowered"? Turns out, it's even weirder than that. They pretty much require all their employees to join Landmark Forum, and the managers are supposed to recruit people to Landmark Forum, too. Landmark Forum is basically the new incarnation of EST. [link]
