Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

My tagline: Get all the orphans of the blind.
It said that this one:
Yeah, but you're an amateur fry cook and I come from a long line of fry cooks that don't live past 25.
Would never reach equilibrium. Weird.
today has somehow become made of win. I called a hospital billing dept and actually got a billing error resolved IN MY FAVOR, had to pay out on 10% of what they were billing me and I have names and dates and everything about the transactions should this come back to haunt me.
I think that is a sign that I should leave before anything can go wrong and ruin my currently happy mood.
Lenin Statue Kills Belarusian Man
That doesn't seem fair. Maybe the headline should be "Drunk Belarusian Man Fatally Knocks Over Lenin Statue". Or something.
Makes Lenin sound like a bad-ass though.
Speaking of win, my daughter got three birthday cakes. She didn't especially like the ice cream cake my wife's parents got for her, then my mom made the wrong kind of cake for her, finally, I made a cake to order for her. Moist chocolate cake with a middle layer of chocolate frosting and an outer frosting of vanilla with sprinkles.

Sounds about right.
Grrr. I just called Dick Durbin's office to bitch about his comment on CNN yesterday where he stated he'd be willing to vote for a non-public option health care bill, all for "bipartisanship." I called him on his bullshit and said so to the poor staffer who answered the phone.
ION, it looks like LUSH has sworn off palm oil for eco reasons. Interesting.
The LE Jungle soap they've got out to mark the moment is lovely, by the way.
(Stopped at Lush for the first time in ages on Saturday. Whimpered and bought a few things. Then went home and made myself some sugar scrub to keep me from rushing back to buy more stuff I can DIY.)
