Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

scallions for scallion pancakes and pearl sugar for Gaufres de liege NOM NOM NOM.

Yeah, I don't think either of those would actually happen.

okay, fine Jesse. Then how about some of the welsh red dragon cheese that has mustard seeds in it. SO GOOD.

the good brand of fish oil capsules is at whole food. um...can't think of what else I get there.

I am adding having a Joann's nearby to the PRO list for moving.

PRO list is growing:

yard
compost
curbside recycling
clothesline
in-house washer/dryer
spare room
over range exhaust fan out of the house
2 bathrooms

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I really feel like a board game and crafting long weekend would be just this side of heaven.

Seriously. That sounds fabulous.

We have the sibling mind meld thing down. People split us up on teams.

Oh, and msbelle, that sounds good as far as your phrasing goes. Shows where the hole is without being passive aggressive.

Aimee, I'd suggest having the kids draw something and then quilt what they draw. Then it can be something that a teacher could display in a classroom (instead of a photo).

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

We had to lay down a special rule for a friend when playing Pictionary. He wasn't allowed to draw dirty pictures. For example, his most infamous drawing was for Beaver. KCD was his partner and couldn't figure it out. Now that I write this, that explains a LOT.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I've been meaning to get to Whole Foods to pick up a good nail file, but I'm not sure that that's really the only place to get them, it's just where I know they will be.
