I really like that house, msbelle. It has great kitchen cabinets! In rochester, all the kitchens seem to be redone in 80's oak country kitchen except in the scary neighborhoods. Well except my boss's house-- she has a perfect pink 50's bathroom and a kitchen with original 50's appliances. Unfortunately, she hates them and is saving to have them gutted.
Sophia, your boss is going to make msbelle cry.
Whee, I remembered that I got a flyer that a youth org was holding a clothing drive tomorrow, so now I have a garbage bag full of clothes and shoes to put out for them to pick up. Some of these have been sitting in my closet for over a year in a giveaway pile.
I also took down my Xmas tree tonight. It was sad, but it was at the point that breathing in its direction caused half the needles to fall off.
That house has a lot going for it. Very nice.

is totally my house. I didn't realize it was so widespread. Suits my furniture, though, so I can't complain.

Re Cocktails: Sam Clemens (Mark Twain) didn't encounter the cocktail until his lecture tour in Europe in the early 20th century. He wrote very excitedly about this great new type of drink called a "Cock Tail". I wonder if he ever learned it had been invented in California?

cleared the sink before going to bed. that makes me feel accomplished since most of what was in there was from yesterday, not today. mac's clothes are laid out, I am about to go lay out mine, his snack is half packed, and I have plans to get my lunch done in the morning. Cross fingers for good sleep and no issues on the first day back to school.
More NFL weirdness. Not just the Packers and Cards, but a full three out of four games next weekend are repeats of today's games - Jets/Bengals and Cowboys/Eagles both also played today and will play next week. Though at least for the Jets game I don't think it was already known at kickoff. How freaking random.
