I sent off the email to Lip Service clothing suggesting that they give me items from an upcoming line of theirs, because everyone who has seen the photos has assumed that I collaborated with them on it, or that they designed it as a tribute to me. I wonder what their answer will be ...

Trip to the aquarium today with Noah and his friend Jake. Jake's on an 18 week course of intense steroids and he went from super edemic and bloated to normal to now 'roidy and tubby. Poor little dude.
Ate red velvet cake. Also ate huevos rancheros and then a spoonful of black eyed peas. We went to target then went and had buffalo wings. Watched hockey, the parade and a little of the rose bowl.
It's been a goodish day.
Good lord! We already have a candidate for worst dressed of 2010 and it's not even a day in... Granted J. Lo wore it last night but she was there when the year changed over: [link]
Ha! I saw a comment about that on Facebook last night, but hadn't seen the actual outfit.

Also? You do more in a day than I do in a week, most of the time! I would have cashed in after breakfast and the aquarium, I bet.
It always sounds like a lot, Amy, but it isn't really. This morning was generally pretty mellow. The Aquarium is all about the kids running around and the sea lions were in amazingly fine form. Lots of playing both in the the underwater tanks and above ground. The tank at this aquarium is cool (for the seals and sea lions because you have an outdoor viewing area that has a sliver of underwater view. But you also can walk through a tunnel that slices through the tank and the seals/sea lions can swim around you, above you, and below you.

Oh, I blogged for their webzine over the summer, so they're very aware of who I am. (And wow, does that feel weird to say/type!)
I looked at the J.Lo photo, and all I can think is that she forgot to put the rest of her outfit on? And no one wanted to upset her by reminding her?
