Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

We are having our annual Pajama Day at work. I am wearing these: [link]

Very cozy.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

now I sort of wonder if Aniston has more issues than I imagined

What triggered that? I figure she must have done something to piss off the paps (other than spur a recent bill passed against them), since the tabloids always paint her as the emo needy housewrecker in every relationship.

Lisa Kudrow does seem quite sensible. Courteney Cox I have no real opinion on. And I just don't know anything about the guys, although I used to have quite the Chandler Bing/Matthew Perry crush before his drug addiction. For some reason that soured me on him. Not that it always does--RDJ soldiers on in my heart.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

White spots mean strep, don't they, Sue? Sorry about that, and here's hoping good meds work fast!

I used to feel that way, but now I sort of wonder if Aniston has more issues than I imagined. I like Courteney Cox (Cougars notwithstanding) a lot, and I love Lisa Kudrow. I just ... don't really want to have sex with any of them.

Yeah -- I don't love any of them, but like each of them fine, as far as I can tell...

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Cute pjs, and I love the idea of a pj day at work.

I would rather stay away from all the Friends characters and stars, thanks.

Insent, Perkins.

Needless to say, I would never participate in a PJ day at work, despite sleeping in very mundane fare. I have PJs, but I just sleep in yoga pants and T-shirts. Since I have so many more of those.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

hip deep in pie

That's what I thought, but Dr. Google says not necessarily. It could be viral or something crazy like Gonnorrhea. (I'm certain it's not the Gonorrhea.) I know that if I don't go to the doctor, it will end up being strep and I will be in a world of pain for the long weekend. Now that I have an appt, I am certain it's just viral and I'll be putting on outside pants for nothing.

Though once I am out, I am so treating myself to ice cream.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I am having a pj day at work, but I have them quite often. In fact today I need to get dressed because it's technically a day off work and the kids are coming over this afternoon. But when I think about it, I think I should shower, and then I think I may as well work out before the shower if I'm going to shower, and then I also should eat.

And then I do none of that.

However, I think I can successfully parlay procrastinating on those things to working on my expense receipts, which is what I was procrastinating about in the first place. I have incentive, because if I get done with all these expenses and our cashflow turns out the way I think it will, I can give us year end bonuses. But I have to do the work first.

Because books.

What triggered that? I figure she must have done something to piss off the paps (other than spur a recent bill passed against them), since the tabloids always paint her as the emo needy housewrecker in every relationship.

I don't know -- I used to see her as really grounded and sensible and talented. And I've questioned a lot of her movie roles, and the way she seems to be bouncing from guy to guy seems weird after how committed she was to her marriage. Or seemed to be.

It's true, though -- it's all in how the media paints her, and that's a shame.

I used to have quite the Chandler Bing/Matthew Perry crush before his drug addiction. For some reason that soured me on him. Not that it always does--RDJ soldiers on in my heart.

That's me, too. It might be that my RDJ love goes so far back, but I've always imagined him as someone with some real demons, and that sort of crazy genius talent, whereas Perry just seemed like another guy who started taking pills.
