Now, in Sharing the Stuff I'm Trying to Work Out, Dammit:
"Our discussion of how official graffiti works serves to contextualize the subversive qualities of marginal modes of visible resistance".
I'm in favor of this article, but I'd love it a whole lot more if it wouldn't make me feel all "gwah?" sometimes.
Skipping yet again (my roommate's computer already recognizes b.org) because, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Aims' birthday.
Happy birthday, Aims! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!
Happy birthday, Aimee!
So I got all the sleep in the world Friday night, but hardly any last night. Woke up early and anxious. Ah well.
Happy Birthday to the Empress!
Now I want eggs.
Also, woo!
I read ellipses and the massive use of them as is the email was written by a 20 something tubercular woman in the 18th century with a faint voice. I read "Will see you... sure it'll be a blast... gotta go now... love 'ya" and can't help but thinking "Noooo! Don't die!".
Or at least give us a decent aria first.
This is just plain wrong: [link]

Yeah, I read that last night with a healthy dose of shuddering. Lewis said, "Don't tell me where he was hiding the CDs he was illegally distributing."
