Jess, when I see your Hilton pictures, I'm always envious, and this one is no exception. It looks fantastic.

I am, for some reason, making hard-boiled eggs even though it's almost 2 a.m.

(No, I don't know, either.) (Well, we just got home from a party, and I'm a little wound up still, and today I had a hankering for egg salad but didn't want to go to the trouble of hard-boiling eggs. So I figured if I boiled them now, then they'd be all cold and ready to make into egg salad tomorrow.)

(So I guess I *do* know why I'm hard-boiling eggs at almost 2 a.m.)
