I'm reading Yuletide fics. I love this one about Calvin and Hobbes because Hobbes doesn't just existing as Calvin gets older. Oh man. Carl Kasell's last day which makes me sad. I hate getting older.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Sort of makes you wonder what Justin Timberlake will be doing in 10 years, doesn't it?

BEING ADORABLE, is what.

Marky Mark's acting career was always a bigger shock for me. Props to him.

Dear Pickwick Ice,

Either fix your website so we can find the public session hours or pick up the damn PHONE.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Dear Pickwick Ice,

This name is so Dickensian that I really thought for a minute that you were having a block of ice delivered for one of those new-fangled "ice-boxes." I hear they keep food cold.

Right? But no, it's this banquet room/ice rink/bowling lane in Burbank. Usually there is a website where you can find out the public hours, but the website is down and I've been on hold for 15 minutes. PISSED. I just want to go skating.

I linked to that in Fan Fiction and LJ. I didn't think it would make people cry, but it did.

I AM A BIG MEANIE.

Yes. Yes, you are.

But tears of joy and delight are much better than tears of sadness.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

This name is so Dickensian that I really thought for a minute that you were having a block of ice delivered for one of those new-fangled "ice-boxes."

Me, too!

I was out all morning (having a lovely, if cold, time), and came back to exactly zero emails. No one is working!

Also, is it wrong that I don't call my grandmother back when she doesn't leave a message? I don't think she knows that I know she's called...
