All right, no one's killing folk today, on account of our very tight schedule.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I was laughing with my mother the other day, talking about celiac and whatnot, because we were like, yeah, maybe one of those (dairy or wheat) is the cause of the IBS stuff in our family. We'll never know!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

We will be sharing the office.

I hope it doesn't cut into your internet access.

flying in and out of the New Orleans airport was really easy this week.

I hope it continues to be so. I've always had a decent time flying on New Year's Day.

Ugh. I'm back in product feature research mode. It's a hard hat to put back on.

I'm disappointed in TMZ. I expect them to be right, even as they are the most salacious.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

“The first woman to navigate a dirigible solo was an (unknown) American woman, piloting the airship ‘Dixon’. Jan 01, 1910”

She appears to be wearing a natty feathered hat, which is great.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I cut way back on the juice and sugar, and it's had an immediate effect on my acid reflux.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Oopsie! TMZ admits that Kennedy photo is probably a fake: Kennedy Picture -- A Fake?

When glancing over the article it did occur to me that they were overlooking the fact photographic trickery was possible before Photoshop hit the market.

Now tagless for your comfort.

The most fun thing about new flying restrictions is that they aren't going to be enforced uniformly across airports or airlines--according to DHS, they want the element of surprise so they can keep potential terrorists from figuring them out.

Which means innocent travellers are basically screwed. The poor guy on a subsequent flight on the same route from Amsterdam to Detroit got dragged bodily out of the toilet because he wouldn't come out when asked--he apparently had some sort of intestinal distress and couldn't come out when they asked.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I don't think wait time is really much of a proxy for security levels. Even right after they reopened post 9/11, National has always been one of the quickest and smoothest to get through, and I can't imagine they're particularly lax.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm sorry there's extra drama around the funeral, ita. I'm glad you can be there for your aunt, even so.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I switched up my juice--no more OJ, and the juices I do drink are cut in half with water, and my stomach is much happier. My tongue, NSM.

As for cheese and gluten, I always think maybe my stomach would be happier without them. But I'm having pizza for lunch today.

I'm glad you can be there for your aunt, even so.

As much as part of me loathes the idea, there's no way I can't be there for her. She wins over all the crazy people, hands down.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am extraordinarily grateful that I can basically eat anything with no ill effects.
