I just slept from 3 pm until midnight. I am never going to get back on an OK sleep schedule.
OTOH, I guess this mattress topper was a good buy. My kitty has been here this whole time, too, I think. She thinks it is comfy, too!
I got my boyfriend Buckyballs for Christmas. He's already played with them for hours, but got really frustrated when he couldn't put them back in the original cube shape. He actually had to watch a video about it!

One issue I had with Sherlock Holmes was that I couldn't understand half of what he was saying.
Also, I cannot get one of the Christmas Eve songs out of my head! At least it's a nice one, and not the slightly cheesy one I thought would be the catchiest....

Church was super short today. Getting mac some lunch and waiting for my brother. Then they go off and I'm off to target and then more home cleaning.

I'm working to catch up on the stuff I neglected in the past couple weeks getting ready for Christmas, and trying to get more stuff done so it won't be a disaster when I take off for a week to go up north.
I skipped over all the holiday stories. Hopefully vacation will permit me to catch up on the posts I missed.
I went to Target, which was exciting, except I forgot to pay attention to the time, so just missed a bus home, and had to kill a lot of time waiting for the next one. But the trip was easy-peasy, so that's good. I think I'm going to go to the movies later.
Oh! And I forgot to mention possibly my best Christmas gift: A Trixie Belden Mystery-Quiz book! It's my old book, but I only wrote in the answers to a couple of activities, so I still have hours of fun ahead.
For our traditional Christtmas viewing, my sister and I went to see "Young Victoria" (pretty, but unmemorable) and "Up in the Air" (OMG, between the layoffs and the frequent flyerness, is TOTALLY MY LIFE...except I have friends. Like you people!) Also, why do I never meet George Clooney-esque hotties in airports or airplanes? Hrmph. Except I guess I AM the George Clooney-esque hottie in this scenario. Hrmph still.
