I go online sometimes, but everyone's spelling is really bad. It's... depressing.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

ita, I'm so sorry to hear about your cousin.

Cash, condolences to your sister, but it's good she and her doctor feel there are options.

Did I say Welcome, Shane! And now welcome, Nephew of 'Ouise!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

And, I could use the money at CVS paying for my prescriptions. Guess what wins.

Thanks, Burrell, Beverly.

Lord, ita. I'd missed that. My condolences.

So the nephews are still awake, despite being sent to their rooms. Youngest woke up a couple hours ago and is relatively quietly playing in his room. Eldest is hopped up on tomorrow being his birthday and bouncing in his bed. Both understand the rule of staying in their rooms after bedtime. Their parents are crashing.

Tomorrow shall be interesting. T knows the word NO better than Noah did a few weeks back. He also does this thing where he juts out his lower jaw, grinning/grimacing in an intimidating manner, and looking coyly at you from beneath his lashes. It's killer awesome. I thought D was a handful T has him beat by a marathon.

Accidentally freaked someone out by not reporting I'd gotten out of B'more sucessfully since I didn't get much online until today (despite 4 laptops, an ancient iMac where I sleep and an iTouch.) Oops. Sorry?

My SIL cooks and bakes too mch stuff I'd never eat normally. It's good, but all too rich for me. Sorely tempted to see if the Y a few miles away would take me...nah, only a few more days. But god, I miss greens. I think I want nothing but salad for a long time. Ok, bedtime for me too.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Oh dear god. I think this is the most disturbing unicorn art ever: [link]

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Now now, that is a rainbow horsey.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I'm sorry about your cousin, ita. My condolences.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm awake!

Actually, this is a good thing, because it means I will be awake to leave in 45 minutes the way I need to.

I may not have much time online before tomorrow, so Merry Christmas to those who celebrate such things, and Happy days to those who don't.

Things I didn't know until just now-- the security at SFO doesn't open until 4:30. So much for getting here 2 hours before, and for not having time online.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I'm so sorry about your cousin, ita. What a terrible loss.
