The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I just got told I look peaked and non-perky so I should go home, so I think my weekend may be starting early.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I understand that insurance companies and billing are not easy .

One insurance ended in Nov. Insurance Two started in November. Insurance two ended sometime in jan ? and Insurance three picked right up. On the 31st of july insurance three started and on Aug 1st ( supposedly ) Insurance 4 started.

And I am getting call from the billing dept of my doctors office about things in January, april, and May.( seriously, you wait until july/august?) About my insurance co having questions about me...that I don't know anything about. Yet when I talked to insurance co on the 31st -- supposedly there were no problems.

Punishingly Intricate

I feel awkward by myself in a bar (can't pull out a book and read like you can in a restaurant).

Why not?

I'd go to the bar early...but I'm kind of an enabler that way.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Anyone have any serving suggestions for kohlrabi?

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

well ... I've just ordered these in bronze leather. And a very dull pair of walking shoes which even I am not interested in looking at.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Anyone have any serving suggestions for kohlrabi?

Trebuchet.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

(can't pull out a book and read like you can in a restaurant).

Sure you can! Unless it's too dark. Daisy, I'd probably split the difference and meander a little. It's easy to kill a half-hour!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

You can grate it and mix with mayo to make a sort of coleslaw-ish salad. That's what I did with mine last time I got some, and it was pretty good. I think I put some lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, and vinegar into the dressing, too, and also added some grated apple, because I'm weird and like apple in my coleslaw.

I am for some reason earwormed with a weird mashup of Crocodile Rock and Palisades Park. Not an actual mashup that I heard, just both songs playing in my head at the same time. They do kind of fit together.

It's so weird being home shortly after 4.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I have read in many many bars.

well damn, the place STILL did not have the heat treatment machine things. They took my number and will call me when they are in.

Still, I've had over 2 hours sans mac to do house stuff. 2 loads of laundry in, 3 21 gallon bins filled (light stuff), one smaller bin filled/taped/taken to storage.

I should vacuum before the playdate calls me and says the movie is over.
