So my car is dug out and even cleared an extra space for housesitters. However, an ambulance a block up slid into a car. The police car that came to take the report got stuck.

Got a buy on what the store called a "bottom round roast steak". I'm 99% sure it is just a bottom round roast cut in a steak shape. So slow roast with plenty of liquid? Or if I marinate for six hours can I grill on George Foreman grill without it out to tough? If I marinate I'll use a pineapple based marinade to tenderize the meat. Will that work, or should I just roast to be sure?
