omg, I am totally being like the person Jesse is mad at. I have much to doa nd am pissing away the day. meep.
Not really -- I bet you aren't emailing people to ask them to send an email for you because you're about to be on vacation. Another thing I bet you aren't doing is sending an email and calling to follow up on it literally THREE MINUTES LATER. I was actually working on something else in those three minutes! FFS.
Who the hell is Piers Morgan? I'm pre-disposed against him because of Piers Anthony, and I don't feel like being fair. I am so out of reality touch. Which isn't the same as being out of touch with reality, I hope.
TV told me that Gordon Ramsay had the biggest reality show on US TV. That can't be right, can it? I'd always assumed American Idol sat atop that heap. Of course, TV went on to throw flour on Gordon and chase him around the studio in the funniest Jonathan Ross interview I've ever seen, so I lean towards believing it just because.
Isn't spelt one of those wacky grains like quinoa?
I think it may be too late to introduce you to the concept of the homonym. Sorry about that.
I hadn't realised it was one of the errant spellings until here. Aims, I think, said she thought I'd just been spelling dreamt wrong the whole time.
::sniff::

Yeah, that can't be right, when AI is the biggest show on television. Maybe that's currently? Also I think the British newspapers are wrong about Piers Morgan being a star here; I think his fame is limited to judging a summer reality show. That's like saying Nigel Lythgoe or Cat Deeley are big stars here. They're not to the people to who don't watch their shows.
I pay all my bills online including my rent. It's lovely. I write maybe 4 checks a year.

That's because you were spelling it wrong.
That's because you were spelling it wrong.
Just because you learnt it differently, doesn't make it wrong!
My eyes! My eyes!
I think this is exactly what Dana said after my first post on the Buffy 2 thread at TT.
And what, pray, did you say???
Road safety FAIL or alligator WIN?
Those are some very clever alligators. Like a WB cartoon.
Okay, I officially now hate Feliz Navidad. Thanks, practice carollers, for ruining it for me.
I've always been able to separate my business writing spelling from my personal spelling, but for some reason here my emails have "u"s creeping into them. Which gets complicated because we have a "My Favorites" section that gets spelt without the "u" when I quote it, but when I describe the favourites section, there's definitely a "u" there. Well, makes sense in my head. I do put zeds in instead of esses, though.
As for doubling ells, I have no idea when not to do that, so if Word doesn't tell me, I'm wildly inconsistent.
