Angel: I appreciate you guys looking out for Connor all summer. It's just—he's confused. He needs time. That's all. Fred: Right. Time, and some corporal punishment with a large heavy mallet. Not that I'm bitter.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That sucks, msbelle.

Well, _I_ think qualified, but I think other people would think "old" (not that you are, they would just think that). I would say something like 15+ years. Which is also true, they just don't start doing the math immediately.

Yeah, it's a little weird -- saying 30+ years on paper sounds like a LOT, but looking at someone in their 50s just looks like an experienced person.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

It has been causing me a bit of stress as I hope I don't forget.

We'll all remind you!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Sorry, msbelle.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

The really sucky part is that they sent a notice in Nov, then one reminder the day it was die, but that day, I was out in the morning, so the 9:40am email was buried.

I honestly cannot believe that they only do one email reminder.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Happy Birthday, TB!

Gudanov, I'm very aware -- that financial reform bill may affect my job. Not in a negative-by-defintion sense. More in the sense that I'd probably end up with the new Consumer Financial Protection agency, and the uncertainty factor involved with that.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Oh, msbelle, that seriously sucks. I'm forever doing frantic calculations on the last day of enrollment periods. It's so easy to let them go by.

Well, crap. Now I want to visit one of our many fine dining establishments, and I don't really have the money right now. Curses.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I'm sorry, msbelle. I don't even want to think about how much money I've wasted by my perpetually late ways.

I hate writing about myself. I can't seem to come up with anything that says, "She can write anything. Really. Also, she understands that new-fangled web stuff."

I hope it isn't negative if the new agency makes it through the Senate. I think that's the big hang-up for conservative Dems though so it seems like a potential cut. I don't know enough about it to know if that would be a plus or minus for citizens in general.

I have a question for uses of GPS navigation systems. If one were to say not have a working speedometer, could the speed display on the GPS work well enough to know one's speed.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yes.

I believe there'd be a time lag before you get accurate speed info. A few seconds?

eta: Wait, didn't we talk about this before?
