A new Canadian study has found that people who get hugs regularly are more likely to report better mental health. A warm embrace, in fact, had a more significant connection to an uplifting frame of mind than attending church regularly.

This reminds me that I'm currently awaiting word on whether my twin sister is pregnant. She's been trying for two years and had a miscarriage last year so I'm sort of hoping it's going to happen for her. Her PotS was positive but she has to go to the doctor to check her hcg levels since she has a history of miscarriage.
