Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Oh no, the Husband is likely wrong. But I understand his need to check and it really IS possible.

Our wings are not tired.

Yes. Her family is all saying that she rarely drank, her husband says he had never seen her drunk ever, everybody who was with them that weekend said they seemed normal and happy. And maybe they are lying or maybe she was a very secret drunk or maybe something happened and she decided to kill herself and the kids this way? I'm morbidly obsessed with it right now.

I haven't followed the case at all, but if the husband is telling the truth he should do whatever he can to find out what happened. You would think he would naturally be obsessed with find out the truth.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

This is a really cool video: James May Takes Takes An "Emotional" Ride To The Edge Of Space In A U2 Spyplane

British Journalist James May takes a trip in a U2 spyplane to the edge of space. He narrates the journey, waxes philosophical, and eats lunch (he has a tube of "peaches" which reminds him of "baby food", the pilot has clam chowder).

"it does make me feel slightly emotional" May says, and looks out the window. "The sky looks just breathtaking. If indeed that is the sky. Most of the sky is below us. I think that might be a view of eternity." The pilot agrees. "Technically speaking you are correct."

Coding and Sleeping

It was a cool video, 'cept they forgot to yell, "Yeeee-haaaa!" And honk the horn that plays Dixie.

I really don't understand the appeal of NASCAR over WRC. They use real cars and do stuff besides turn left.

Because he was really born in Kenya?

Always Anti-fascist!

Yeah, didn't mean to say he is wrong, especially as I don't know the case, it could totally be that there is something up like that. But people don't like believing bad things about their loved ones, of course.

Because he was really born in Kenya?

Yeah, and he has a Kenyan birth certificate that looks a lot like an Australian one.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I can't stop reading about the woman who caused that accident in NY that killed her, her kid, her nieces, and 3 people in another car. I really wonder what was going on there.

I thought she had the equivalent of 10 drinks in her system, plus pot.

eta: Oops, late to the discussion.
