I decided to wear festive socks tonight, red with penguins and tiny Xmas trees. Also in my drawer: three Halloween pairs and one pair of thick red and green striped socks with penguins and treads on the sole. Also three pairs of non-holiday penguin socks and one single solitary palm tree festooned sock clearly missing its partner.
I may yet put on earrings, also.

A high school classmate (the one we cut out of the 20th reunion planning process) got arrested for identity theft yesterday.

Yay! Liv was a giant PITA last night. I was getting worn down and the cracks were starting to show. First sign of weakness and that one goes for the kill.
DH made it back tonight! Late but safe. So glad. We had cupcakes ready for his birthday.

I bought a bunch of festive socks a few years ago and wear them fairly often. Throughout the year. And not always matching each other. Unfortunately they are now showing their age.
Need to brave the cold outside to buy more tissue. My poor nose.

I am wearing earrings! They are red and the box says "genuine stone" but what stone that might be I don't know. They're part of a set of assorted colored studs and they were cheap cheap cheap, that's all I remember.
